Cancellation:

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels within 7 days before arrival.
If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

Children aged 4 years - up to 16 years can stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).
